Noosa / 2016
A luxury beachside house in a gated community.
What sets Noosa Dunes House apart from its neighbours is it can operate completely off grid.
The house generates solar power with its own battery supply back up.
Rain water is harvested and the building is engineered to withstand any cyclones that could potentially impact the coast as a consequence of climate change. The building has with an underground bunker for when that day arrives.
