Nui Living: A luxurious coastal development featuring 23 low-maintenance homes designed with architectural excellence, nestled in the stunning Bay of Plenty near Mount Maunganui.
Boasting one of the finest locations in the Bay of Plenty, Nui Living is a new coastal development promising a luxurious yet laid back lifestyle on the cusp of Mount Maunganui.
With 23 brand new sites to design, we helped to shape Nui Living’s vision in the form of easy, breezy, low maintenance homes with a thread of architectural excellence weaved throughout. We believe great architecture can transcend time and space, so we’ve taken careful consideration of each individual site and applied small yet significant aesthetic elements that bring each home to life (with a hint of JMAC spice).
