This self-employed client was conducting business out of his garage until he engaged Pepper Construction to create a new stand-alone office building on his property, to create a more professional image for his business.
The challenge for this particular project was the client had an exact picture of what they wanted, we had to ensure all expectations were delivered upon in a cost-effective manner.
We achieved this by making very small design comprises like reducing the full building width doors in size to save costs. The client was very happy with the new office and we managed to complete the build with minimal disruption to the owner/occupier.
