The exterior of Finney showcases a sleek all-black finish with crisp white window frames, complemented by a striking stone-look chimney that exudes a refined, stately charm reminiscent of country lodges. The landscape surrounding the home is thoughtfully designed with tussocks, cabbage trees, and low-lying ferns, creating a seamless connection to its beachside setting. Double French doors under a short verandah set a welcoming and relaxed tone, inviting guests to experience the beachside ambiance from the outside in. 

The interior layout of Finney caters to both work and play, with main living areas on the ground floor for hosting and entertaining. Upstairs, 'The Loft' features a spacious bedroom with ensuite and an adjacent art studio, providing a versatile space that can also serve as an additional bedroom. With considerations for privacy and convenience, the design allows for separate access to The Loft, ensuring a seamless flow for guests while maintaining a tranquil retreat for the homeowners.
