Landmark Homes - North Shore & Rodney has been building architecturally designed new homes for over 17 years and have a highly experienced team that can transform your dreams into reality.
Design and build is our specialty with multiple award winning homes spanning throughout the North shore & Rodney areas of Auckland.
From luxurious beachside holiday homes, contemporary urban abodes to elegant country estates, Our projects vary from knock down and rebuilds to subdivisions to building new on rural land.

The Process
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Meet with one of our New Home Consultants and brief us on what you would like to achieve in creating your Dream Home.
SITE VISIT
Following the Initial Consultation and Feasibility Discussion we’ll visit your site, look at the design opportunities and any constraints in creating your dream home.
DESIGN DEPOSIT
Typically an initial 1-2% of the build budget starts the Designed Process with Landmark. This instalment will be credited to your contract price.
DESIGN CONCEPT
Our Architectural Design partners will create the Concept Design from your brief and budget.
Once the completed Concept has been presented, we work together and make any amendments and also create a full specification of the fixtures, finishes and site requirements.
PLANS/PRICING
Our Quantity Surveyor will use the plans, quotes and specification to finalize the pricing and prepare a fixed price.
PAPERWORK
After you have reviewed the pricing and selected options, contracts are prepared for your approval.
CONTRACT
Signing of the contract and a 9% deposit payment activates the working drawings phase.
INTERIOR DESIGN SELECTIONS
Appointments will be made to work with our Interior Designer, Kitchen Designer and Electrical Consultant to finalize your selections.
CONSENTS
The Landmark team will work with Council to gain Building Consent, Resource Consent and other approvals as required.
CONSTRUCTION TEAM
We introduce our Construction Team and discuss the next phase of the build process.
Construction gets Underway
Following site works and framing, the shape of your new home begins to come to life.
Once wall cladding and roofing installed, your dream home is another step closer.
Now with the building closed-in the interior finishes can begin followed by exterior drives, paths and landscaping.
MOVING DAY!
At the end of the build we will celebrate handover of your beautiful New Home.
