Introducing "Rangitoto Views" - a project completed in 2016 by Landmark Homes New Zealand for the Bradburn family. With exquisite views of Rangitoto Island, this modern cliff-top home in Whangaparaoa Peninsula is a sight to behold, boasting the kind of million-dollar views many only dream about. The original 80m2 brick home, built in the 1930-40s, was ill-suited to the stunning seaside outlook, prompting the Bradburns to create a new, luxurious space that would truly capture the essence of their dream home.
The vision for this project was clear - a lavish beach bach with a Cape Cod feel, featuring big sweeping windows that allow for ample opportunities to soak in the breathtaking views. The unique J-shape design of the home maximises the east and west views, with a central open-plan area and living quarters at both ends. The master suite is strategically located for privacy, while two guest bedrooms offer additional comfort. Forward-thinking elements, such as a space for a future lift installation, showcase the attention to detail that went into the creation of this dream home.
