A transformative landscape project in Mosman, featuring a newly constructed swimming pool and extensive stoneworks that integrate salvaged materials, enriched with a Mediterranean-inspired plant palette to create a seamless connection between the existing and newly acquired gardens.
Our client acquired the neighbouring property before demolishing the house and excavating the site, essentially reducing it to a stone quarry. A second larger swimming pool was added and extensive construction and stoneworks with stone salvaged from the site formed the framework of the new garden absorbing the once neighbouring site and linking it with the existing garden. A rich palette of plants reminiscent of the client's travels through the Mediterranean was applied across both sites to strengthen the link and create botanical interest when meandering through.
