Tailor Inc. was invited to by Todd Property Group to provide Project Management services and fulfill the role of client representative. The role is seconded, whereby the Tailor Inc. Project Manager operates from within Todd Property Group themselves and began in early 2020 during COVID.
The role required oversight of all aspects of the construction of the OTC asset on the latter part of the project due to TPG restructuring.
