Hawes Building Solutions is a trusted name in the Bay of Plenty. Established by Mark Hawes in 2000, this friendly family-owned construction company has a clear focus on providing excellent service to clients who require quality design, construction and project management for their residential or commercial construction projects.

At Hawes Building Solutions Ltd., it's our vision to provide an honest, reliable and high-quality service to all our customers. Forming positive and ongoing relationships is what matters most. We are our word, and our reputation means everything. 

The principals of the company are Directors Mark and Anthony Hawes. Mark is a qualified carpenter with more than 26 years served in the building industry, and he’s our overall Construction Manager. Anthony is the company’s Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 28+ years’ experience in his field.

Hawes Building Solutions Ltd currently has a team of 14 full-time staff which includes site managers, tradesmen, and apprentices. A pool of skilled and committed contracting carpenters can be called upon as required. We believe it is essential that more skilled carpenters enter the building industry, which is why we are keen to take on and train apprentices.

The business is a member of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand, and Mark Hawes has been a Carpentry and Site 2 Licensed Building Practitioner since 2008. All our site managers are also Licensed Building Practitioners.
