A holiday condominium apartment complex set in a popular provincial beach town setting. A mix of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are housed in three blocks (one street facing) arranged over a ground level entrance, street shops and a parking garage.

All apartments have a wrap around terrace or terraces on at least 2 sides. This allows for multiple doors opening to the outside and maximises sun and natural ventilation.
