A custom curved counter for Paddington Store, made with the Maiko MD05 profile created in collaboration with artist Maiko Nagao.
Paddington Store, a popular retail destination known for its unique and stylish products, wanted to make its shop even more distinctive, starting with a unique counter.
Interior timber linings add natural warmth and elegance to any room. Leah from Paddington Store chose our Maiko Profile (MD05) to bring her vision of a curved counter to life. The result turned a standard counter into the focal point of the store.
About the profile: Based on the curvature and lines of our Ninety-Mile Profile, the Maiko Profile was designed in collaboration with artist and designer Maiko Nagao. It is available on request.
About our product: Bring natural warmth and texture to your interior with Genia Architectural Interior Linings. Our profiles are inspired by New Zealand and suit both residential and commercial projects. They are made from FSC® certified premium clear-grade Radiata Pine (FSC® C131052), with other species such as Tasmanian Oak available on request. Profiles can be supplied pre-finished to your colour and specification, or unfinished for finishing on site.
