Paddington store, a popular retail destination known for its unique and stylish products, was looking for a way to make its shop even more distinctive. One of the things they wanted was a unique counter that would add to the overall look and feel of the store.  

Interior timber linings add natural warmth and elegance to any room. Leah, from Paddington store, decided upon our Maiko profile (MD05) to bring her vision of a unique curved counter to life. When the project was complete, the results were stunning. The interior timber linings had transformed the store's counter from a standard feature to a focal point.  

The product.

Using the curvature and lines of the Ninety Mile profile, Maiko was designed in collaboration with Artist and Designer Maiko Nagao.

Genia can make these profiles from FSC-certified premium clear-grade pine (FSC® C131052) or a range of other sustainably sourced species, including Tasmanian Oak. The Interior Timber Linings can be pre-finished to your colour and specification or uncoated to allow finishing upon or after installation.
