A beachfront renovation which Gusto Build recladded with cedar and added new joinery. Grooved ply interior linings, new bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and bedrooms. Gusto Build removed several walls, added steel beams, and opened the house to service an epic indoor-outdoor flow right on the beach.

Additionally, they created a cosy outdoor living space with a covered pergola on the middle deck between both entities with a fireplace and spa.
