Working alongside our client we completely transformed what was once a simple brick home into a large family home perfect for entertaining. A new built double garage with loft space was added while the existing garage became 2 bedrooms, to create a total of 3 bedrooms sharing a spacious family bathroom, and a large master bedroom with an ensuite. The entire original interior floorplan was re-shaped and remodelled to shift living areas from the front of the house to the rear, creating a sizable open plan kitchen/dining/living space flowing out to a deck and backyard pool area. A new colorsteel roof, plastered over brick and feature walls cladded with oblique weatherboard refresh the exterior with style, perfect for beachside living. This was another great project completed by our Precise Builders team to craft a family home to be enjoyed for years to come.
