Innovative townhouse design that defies convention, delivering a desirable living space with positive community feedback and a successful sale.
Who says a commercially driven ‘spec house’ has to be cookie cutter?
We took on the brief and delivered a buildable house for the construction company that we would want to live in. The result; great feedback from the neighbours, a quick and profitable sale; and the builder has moved into the front unit he liked it so much!
