The Park House achieves a harmonious balance between the charm and historic character of the original terrace house and a light-filled and contemporary renovation to the rear. The design focuses on maximising natural light, enhancing spatial flow, and incorporating modern elements while preserving the historic integrity of the original house. The central light court brims with greenery and allows light to flood deep into the interior. A long skylight also brings light into the living spaces. The new bathrooms, kitchen and laundry spaces incorporate clean lines, minimalist details, and a neutral colour palette, to create a timeless and uncluttered atmosphere.
