A major renovation of a older beach house, the limitations of the existing design were confronted and successfully overcome by Leuschke Group. The stained cedar cladding combined with the multi faceted elevations cast shadows and create depth and interest. The elevated living area provides expansive views of omaha bay, while large decks and a covered exterior fireplace enhance outdoor living. A truly remarkable transformation completed in just over three months
