A Hamptons style makeover for this home was well achieved by German Kitchens, as mentioned by Damian the old kitchen was “cramped, undersigned, and lacked creativity, and warmth”. What a transformation that took place here, to achieve an entertainment space as well as a day-to-day area for the family, with functionality and visually beautiful materials. The stunning island that runs the length of the space, working it into the dining table, creating a flow to the outdoor area. Whitewashed walls and ceilings bringing them back to life, and the white lines in the kitchen cabinetry make for a sleek and simple aesthetic, while letting the feature pieces like the flooring and marble speak volume. The flooring is such a special feature, the hand grade bespoke flooring adds warmth and character to the space, creating a connection the beach outside. The incredible width and length of these planks accentuate the area.

Rightfully so this kitchen was one of three New Zealand kitchens shortlisted for the prestigious international SBID awards in London.
