Completed in October 2024 this 3 year project has changed the skyline in Ahuriri bringing 18 luxury apartments, multiple commercial tenancies spread over 2 buildings and a basement carpark. A modern sophisticated enclosed glass four lane breezeway houses restaurants, cafes and commercial spaces. The design is in keeping with the ‘Saw tooth’ woolshed architecture history of the Ahuriri area.

With multiple stages to this project and handover to tenancies while under construction, careful planning has been a key factor for completion.
