As an established Insurance provider, QBE sought to evolve its benchmark by utilising brilliant basics to shape its future workplace footprint.

As part of the initiative, GroupGSA was engaged to undertake a national rollout resulting in a significant transformation of QBE’s real estate & overall quality of working environments. The process unearthed the brand's deep-rooted desire to highlight the customer at its heart and create an empowered culture to help foster enriched experiences for its clients, partners & people.

Unique to the Sydney hub, surrounding the atrium are open & vibrant team neighbourhoods set alongside a ribbon of meeting spaces. The investment in tech-enabled remote booking devices has revolutionised the way staff engages with each other & with the physical environment. All workstations, lockers & the majority of meeting spaces are synchronised with a remote booking platform allowing full control for staff to plan the day or week as they desire.
