Queens Park Garden Design.

The client called us as they had just finished their internal renovation but they weren’t drawn to spend time in their backgarden.

After our initial consultation, we discovered their love of Queens Park landscape design, including the neighbouring expansive parklands of Centennial Park. With this in mind, we completely updated their back garden by adding new timber decking, a blend of organic shaped modern white pots and a combination of tropical plants and bamboo for dramatic effect.

The back garden of this townhouse was small and looked onto their back neighbour’s double story brick wall. So we introduced an outdoor mirror to open up the space and planted advanced bamboo to instantly take the focus off the brick wall.

We didn’t stop there as our back curved planter bed featured a small day bed to complete the mini resort style feel.

This middle aged couple had recently down-sized and renovated their Queens Park Townhouse in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. They were looking for a landscape design company who were experienced creating a wow factor out of small gardens.

Deb worked directly with both clients who trusted her to create an oasis out of the limited space available. The brief gave us creative license to create a modern tropical back garden that would soften the view they had of a large brick wall. We introduced an established bamboo together with some smaller tropical plantings to give an instant wow factor to the entrance.

Our clients have two beautiful dogs – so we recommended a low maintenance synthetic grass for their small garden. The dogs instantly felt at home with a little more room for them to “roam”.

We broke up the new grass with some organic bluestone pavers that enticingly lead from the deck to the daybed. After painting all the timber fences, we added a stunning outdoor mirror that reflected the plants and introduced a touch of glam to the new tropical space.
