Rarangi Rd

This contemporary new build in the heart of St Heliers represents a refined approach to modern residential living. The design prioritizes a seamless connection between the home's sophisticated interior spaces and its coastal environment. The residence features a striking, dark-toned vertical cladding that provides a bold architectural silhouette while maintaining a grounded presence on the site. Large-scale glazing is utilized throughout the home to flood living areas with natural light and frame the connection to the private pool and outdoor entertaining zones. Inside, the design centers on an expansive, high-stud open-plan living area, finished with clean lines and premium materials to create a sense of effortless flow. This project successfully balances striking modern aesthetics with functional, high-end family living.
