Development of 39 contemporary townhouses in Remuera, featuring a mix of housing typologies, expertly managed by CPMC from consenting to completion, with land subdivision successfully completed and stage 1 of housing development underway.
CPMC have been engaged to provide development management and project management services in relation to 38 residential lots in the heart of busy, buzzing Remuera in Auckland, alongside Koraha Reserve.
CPMC joined the Abbots Way project at consenting stage, when it became apparent development of the tricky, sloping site with ecological areas needed to be handled by professionals. The site’s sloping topography has resulted in a mixture of housing typologies being designed and delivered, including two blocks of five terraced homes, five blocks of duplexes, and 18 freestanding homes. The project truly reflects on CPMC’s tagline ‘Developing Potential’ as we create and unlock value in projects by generating development profits, enhancing investment returns, or delivering successful regeneration.
The project commenced in April 2022 and earthworks and civil works were completed in August 2024. Vertical construction including duplex and standalong typology are well underway and is expected to be completed in 2025.
