A series of townhouses for developers looking to provide terraced housing in a central Auckland area.

These 3 town houses feature Titan Board cladding system with cedar board finishing to create break between units.

Interiors are made up of contemporary kitchens, fully equipped with Miele appliances, spacious living and private rooms with an opening out to the rear private back yards.

The use of natural lighting was important in this project as the units are separated by common walls. Therefore our focus was on allowing natural light into our spaces from front and rear of the units.
