Working with Patterson Architects, Brown & Company Planning Group secured resource consent for the restoration and extension of Rocklands Hall, a Category 1 Historic Place. Pre-application consultation and stakeholder engagement with Heritage New Zealand and Auckland Council successfully led to a non-notified consent. Brown & Company project managed the resource consent process, with a development team. The development provides a world class boutique hotel facility and associated services; and separate residential boarding house accommodation.
