2020 Residential Project, Papaiti, Whanganui. This rural home has had the top floor re-clad in Karaka New Zealand Colour Steel, new aluminium double glazed joinery installed and a large Kwila deck added to the upper level too. The new deck maximises the properties panoramic rural views and is a great size for entertaining and relaxing. The project also included modernising the upstairs bathroom.
