2023 Residential Project, Otamatea, Whanganui. This project involved re-cladding the northern face of this villa, installing double glazed joinery and a new stacker slider that opens the living room out onto the deck. A new larger deck was built to make the most of the views and outdoor living, with steps wrapping around all edges of the deck. The end hallway cupboard was turned into ensuite for the main bedroom. The main bathroom was also renovated and modernised.
