Just a minutes’ drive from the Milford town Centre, this beautiful corner section boasts extended views over Milford beach to the north and Rangitoto Island towards the east.

The client approached us to design an architectural response that would match the high standard of living the site had to offer. The resulting typology features 9 three-story townhouses, each with generous section sizes, spacious outdoor areas, double parking and grand open-plan living areas that open seamlessly onto large outdoor balconies that look out towards the amazing views in the distance.
