A complete transformation of a 140-year-old Sandringham villa, featuring Ecodure Extra Wide and Extra Long engineered Oak flooring that enhances the character of the high stud hallway while eliminating noise.
This 140 year old Sandringham villa was fully renovated top to toe 5 years ago - except for the floors. While the character of our old kauri is beautiful, no amount of fixing and reinforcing could quiet this squeaky floor.
By using Ecodure Extra Wide and Extra Long engineered Oak 240mm, the look and feel of this high stud hallway has been completely transformed.
Care and attention to detail by the installers made the whole exercise 100% worth the effort for our clients. 'We are so pleased with the new Ecodure Oak floor. It feels so earthy and natural under foot and best of all - no noise!"
