DNADesign were engaged to recreate the Exterior Colour/ Design Schedule: Colour Schedule and re-tiling of upgraded Pool area, for 1-11 Hunter St Waterloo. Luxury Sanoma Apartments. Resort style living with a 20- metre pool, cabana and lush landscaping.
Consisting of 170 Residential apartments and 6 Commercial lots Sanoma Apartments is located within the northern fringes of the Green square precinct.
Then committee were after a captivating, updated Colour schedule that would create the wow factor and create a financial gain for all owners. DNADesign, worked closely with Strata Answers, Sanoma's managing agents.
