Conservation and restoration of Scandrett's Farm, a historic complex of nineteenth-century buildings overlooking the Mahurangi River, awarded a NZIA Local Award for Architecture.
Scandrett's Farm complex overlooks the Mahurangi River, north of Auckland. It comprises a near intact group of nineteenth century farm buildings.
This project for the Auckland Regional Council comprised the preparation of a conservation plan and the supervision of work to repair and restore the buildings.
The project was the recipient of a NZIA Local Award for Architecture.
