Renovation Partner Kim Reiche delivered a masterpiece with this Karaka garage conversion. To raise the property value and generate income the homeowner decided their garage would be far better suited as a self-contained rental flat.

Moving the laundry into the main house provided a blank canvas. The quaint little unit packs it all in without feeling cramped. A double bedroom offers tenants privacy and comfort. Wood textured vinyl flooring looks modern, and the black farmhouse cabinet handles pop against white cupboards making the kitchen feel homey.
