A minimalist approach to a contemporary new build. With a stunning view through the mature Pohutakawa to the sea meant thoughtful restraint was required to ensure the view remained the feature, whilst also understanding the need for accent planting and refined border wall treatment. A reflective water feature allows the water to fall through to the sea view.
