Once a modest single Storey Californian Bungalow, this home was transformed with the addition of a second story adding an extra two bedrooms, large rumpus room and family bathroom making it a lovely 4-bedroom family home with multiple living spaces. By opening what is typical of a Californian bungalow’s individual rooms, the main living area was modified to provide a larger open plan space to seamlessly enjoy indoor and outdoor living. Decorated in a cool palette of blues and whites, inspired by a timeless classic American aesthetic.
