Sirocco Apartment: A three-story waterfront building featuring 41 apartments with private terraces and convenient access to the Port River Ramp, completed in 2022 by Cedar Woods, designed by DKO Architecture, and delivered locally by Shape Architects.
In addition to our work with townhouses as part of Fletchers Slip, we are the local delivery architect for the Sirocco apartments on the waterfront of Fletchers Slip.
Sirocco is a three-story waterfront apartment building with 41 apartments, and a range of features including private terraces and easy access to the local Port River Ramp.
