This stunning home is situated in beautiful Kaiteriteri enjoying a prominent position on the hillside directly above the Kaiteriteri boat ramp. Contemporary in design with extensive use of glass, this home completely captivates the breath taking view.

The existing home was firstly demolished down to the first floor level before works could begin on the new home. The logistics of the site meant there was no road access to the building site, so transportation of materials were carried in by helicopter and cranes.

A road was dug in from the top to gain access to the site for diggers and specialist rock drilling machines which were used to secure the foundation to the side of the hill.

The homes extensive views were maximized with 5.4 metre long top hung sliding glass doors which open out onto decks from the main living areas.

The interior of the home comprises three bedrooms, each with their own beautifully appointed ensuites. The kitchen, main living areas and master suite are on the first floor along with a private T.V. room with pull down projector screen. The floating timber stairwell takes you up to the two guest bedrooms and a sitting room with floor to ceiling windows that encompass the bay and beyond.
