This beautiful cottage sits within the grounds of the main home with a backdrop of the rolling green countryside of Upper Moutere.
Little in footprint, but once inside, opens up to this wonderful light and airy space achieved with high T & G raking ceilings and a mezzanine level in the main family area.
The two bedrooms, two bathroom cottage runs a gas-powered central heating system throughout to wall radiators.
The architect on this project was also the client, this enabled close communication with each other as the build progressed.
