A modern interpretation of a classic cottage in Havelock North, featuring clever design for optimal space utilization and open-plan living that embraces natural light with high raking ceilings.
Here’s a modern take on a classic cottage. Set within a lovely characterful area in Havelock North, this small home is cleverly designed to make maximum use of its floor area. The open-plan living and dining room and kitchen include outdoor areas which take advantage of the site’s all-day sun. High raking ceilings to the main living area emphasise the feeling of space and openness.
