Or a work-from-home office, art/music studio or extra space to retreat to after a busy day. They can also be combined and set up together for a family.

With these high spec relocatable sleepouts you not only extend your space, but also your comfort. With a 30m2 footprint plus 5m2 deck, you will get more than a small sleepout. The features of the sleepouts include a good insulation (R 3.6 floor, R 2.8 walls, R 3.6 ceiling), thermally broken windows/doors with Low E Max, Cedar and 5-Rib steel cladding, Kwila deck, wardrobe, joinery-made kitchenette and more.

Best of all, no building consent is needed, as it is within the building exemption for small units. A bath and kitchen (with building consent) can be added on request.
