South Eastern Private is becoming the most comprehensive oncology hospital in the metro region of southeastern Melbourne. This state-of-the-art $9.5 million extension promotes abundant natural light, warmth and is a design statement. The use of DecoVogue Morrocan Spice enhances this design intent.
The combination of DecoPanel and DecoBatten around the façade of the building adds warmth and richness to the building. Its complimented well by the concrete and white square feature signage and Monument standing seam cladding. The textural element of DecoVogue Morrocan Spice adds depth and character while continuous DecoBattens frame the windows creating a linear effect.
DecoVogue Morrocan Spice finish is a duplex finish consisting of a durable textured powder and sublimated rust finish giving a scratch and rub resistant. The durability and almost no maintenance are among the many reasons why this product was selected for the South Eastern Private Hospital.
