Hierarchy Group was engaged to design and project deliver a new exciting brand of Self-Serve Yoghurt to launch into the New Zealand market. The client wanted to create a warm, edgy and fun environment with a result strong enough to franchise. The overall design uses fresh, clean natural materials combined with ‘pops’ of colour.
Stepping inside SoYo is like entering a wonderland! The ultra-modern interior is offset by a wonderful array of edible treats stretching before you as far as the eye can see. With a challenging and messy end product that the client is empowered to handle, durable and high quality finishes were essential within the self-serve area.
The overall design uses fresh, clean natural materials combined with colours that really ‘pop’. The brand story - a colourful, textured world created specifically for SoYo, brings the interior to life - whimsical illustrations stretch over the walls and other surfaces. The illustrations lead you up the colourful staircase to a relaxed, spacious seating area with an abundance of quirky colourful furniture and fittings. The overall feeling is light and warm, making the space inviting for all seasons, including winter.
The result has provided the clients with a vibrant and visually appealing, quality fitout - a brand so resolved and strong that franchising has been made easy.
