ArchiPro Project Summary - A stunning coastal home blending Corten steel and concrete elements, inspired by its proximity to the Waitemata Harbour and shipping port, featuring an entertainer's kitchen designed by Gunnar Friese, captured beautifully by photographer Jamie Cobel.

When we were looking to create the vision for this home, its location close to the city with its shipping port and close to a stunning beach on the Waitemata harbour were inspiring us. Corten steel on the kitchen splashback and display shelf is used to make large ships last in the rough ocean environment. The concrete promenade along the beach front was inspiring to use concrete elements for the benchtops and planks of driftwood on the beach with the colour scheme.

This kitchen is an entertainers dream. Your guests can relax on the stools around the island refilling their glasses from drinks resting on ice. While the chef prepares the meal.

HEWE architectural cabinetry. Hewe specialises in custom high-end residential projects ranging from kitchens, sculleries, laundries over bathrooms, wardrobes, walk in wardrobes to home offices, living room furniture, boat sheds, outdoor kitchens, feature walls, bunk beds and custom furniture.  There is nothing we can not do.Hewe was founded by Craig Hewetson back in 2000 starting in his dad's garage by himself. As he got busy he moved into a the first factory in Glenfield together with 5 staff, before moving to the current location on Triton drive. Now Hewe employs 17 staff in design, programming and sales, manufacturing and installation with a fleet of vehicles and machinery taking on some of the biggest house fit-outs in the country.At Hewe Kitchens and Interiors we pride ourselves in providing the best possible service and highest quality craftsmanship on the market. Our factory is set up with state-of-the-art machinery and our staff are highly qualified, most having a background in the superyacht industry.
