A full pool, entrance & garden makeover. Unusable spaces were ripped up and repurposed. Existing beautiful batten details were enhanced & lightened. This batten theme was extended into the landscape, reconnecting the home to the outdoors. New paving, regulation fencing & a multipurpose, practical bombing platform/pool cover housing/storage/sun lounge made the pool zone current, tidy & welcoming. The new easy care subtropical plant palette was tucked into improved & re-nourished soil. This year round entertainers retreat was finally finessed with a stunning, up-lit, corten, Tiny Anvil water feature to be viewed from the homes entrance and lounge.
