Stylish Villa Renovation and Flooring Restoration
This Devonport villa was in an enviable location but needed a fast refresh before hitting the market. The owner wanted to maximise his sale price but was wary of overcapitalising. By working with his local Renovation Consultants, he was able to develop a renovation plan that would focus attention on improvements that would make the most impact.
Bright new interior paint lifted the feel of the entire home, while the restoration of original wooden flooring throughout provides a stunning character feature. A clever kitchen refresh with an updated hardware and benchtop modernised the home, along with new lighting fixtures and cosy carpet in the loft.
