As the largest site within the One Central development, Super Lot 2 will be a significant addition to the urban fabric of Christchurch City. Enclosed within three street edges, the site comprises of two prominent street corners and will inevitably have a strong impact on the pedestrian and vehicle interface with the city block and surrounding area.
The carefully considered architectural and urban design approach to this site aims to contribute meaningfully to the place-making and architectural quality of the wider city, while providing a diverse offering of inner-city higher density living as well as finely balancing various commercial and practical challenges.
