Tanara Deluxe Studio Apartments
A large project for us in 2019 was the new Tanara Deluxe Studios on Te Anau lakefront. All joinery for 10 units. We were privileged to be involved in this project.
Some challenges were in place as we worked with a small space and yet still provide a full functioning kitchen. Hidden drawers are a great feature. Also the importance of complying with legislation for an accessible unit to allow for wheelchair access to bathroom vanity as well as the addition of a slide out draw set to access the hot plate in the kitchen. Granite was used throughout for both kitchen and bathroom vanities as well as bedside, dining & coffee tables. A great product to use in high traffic areas.
