Tauranga Crossing Tenancy

Opening in the first quarter of 2019, Tauranga Crossing boasted two levels of food, numbering some 13 ground floor garden eateries and 5 restaurants in the Observatory on level 1. Working originally with the owners on the master planning we then turned to tenant’s, their designers, base build services consultants and contractors and the tenants' fit-out contractors. The Tailor Tenancy Delivery team again successfully opened every tenancy in the centre on the prescribed date. Stage 2 of Tauranga Crossing opened for trade in the first quarter of 2019 with the Bay of Plenty’s newest shopping centre boasting two levels of food including some 13 ground floor garden eateries, 5 restaurants on the first floor, cinemas and some 60 plus specialty tenancies. Tailor Inc’s Tenancy Coordinators and Retail Design Managers worked tirelessly to open all the leased tenancies for the grand opening - a significant feat and unique amongst other similar retail developments at this time.
