This new 3 storey, 1750m2 building was Constructed of full height Precast concrete shear walls, with the basement lift shaft built below the ground water level and extensive fitouts for government departments.

Neighbouring railway and roads were a challenging aspect to this project and required extensive traffic management planning throughout the entire 18 month project.
