Among the standout properties, House 1 showcased the exceptional craftsmanship and innovation of aluplast’s high-performance uPVC window and door systems. Manufactured and installed by aluplast’s trusted partner, Winplex, these solutions provided superior thermal efficiency, sound insulation, and modern aesthetics.

House 1 was designed to blend contemporary elegance with sustainability. The challenge was to ensure the home remained energy-efficient, secure, and visually appealing while meeting the rigorous demands of The Block’s fast-paced construction timeline. Additionally, given Australia’s varying climate conditions, the window and door solutions had to deliver excellent insulation properties.
