Implementing circadian rhythm lighting in office spaces involves providing dynamic lighting that aligns with the natural progression of daylight throughout the day. This typically includes cooler, bluish-white light in the morning and daytime to promote alertness, and warmer, amber-toned light in the evening to support relaxation and better sleep.
By utilizing circadian rhythm lighting, offices aim to optimize employee well-being, reduce eye strain, enhance mood, and improve productivity by creating an environment that supports the body's natural sleep-wake cycle.
