The Guild’s exterior features a highly original design with split levels and visible dividing walls giving the illusion of four separate yet cohesive structures. A seamless finish with a discerning circular design on the east and west facing periphery will complete the building. Guild will be not only a place to live. Its strong incorporation of art within both external and internal spaces will ensure residents live in a place surrounded by ever changing art displays. A huge exterior work by Melbourne artist Steven Horsley is sure to become an iconic addition to the city’s skyline.
